Gentle Hatha

This class is ideal for beginners or individuals interested in a gentler practice. This class is slow-paced and consists of a variety of asanas (postures), stretches, pranayama (breathing), guided meditation and mindfulness. The practice strengthens the body, promotes flexibility and calms the mind.

Intermediate Hatha

The format of this class is similar to the Gentle Hatha class with a few more challenging postures, including yin and the sun salutation.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga is a restful yoga that utilizes the use of props (blankets, pillows, bolsters) to fully support the body with no movement or effort. It is a quiet inward practice that decreases stresses and fatigue. Restorative Yoga is recommended after recovering from an illness or injury and is a wonderful way to relax on a deep cellular level. This class is the ultimate in self-care.
