Anita is a wonderful instructor with a deep knowledge of yoga anatomy. Her instructions are detailed and she provides numerous modifications for poses depending on your body, skill or comfort level. It’s been 13 months since I joined your yoga class, thanks to a silent auction item you donated to the Wellington Rotary Auction! I have only missed a few classes during the past year due to extenuating circumstances!

I look forward to each Saturday morning. Your guidance and instructions make the sessions flow. You provide various levels of difficulty for positions so we can choose how far to push that day. Your constant reminding to breathe deeply and relax our faces and shoulders is so helpful. Your patience of getting us back on track if our mind wanders is very thoughtful. I have been enjoying both the beginner and intermediate Zoom yoga classes, with Anita Barnes at County Yoga Loft since May, 2020. Anita instructs to a variety of client needs always showing modifications to address individual comfort levels/ needs while keeping us challenged to reach full expression of postures. When I first moved to the city I was so lucky to find Anita and her yoga studio. Anita taught classes in her basement studio. It was intimate, supportive, and always felt like home to me. She offered tea on arrival and took only a few students, making sure all students got the attention they needed.
